As you know, increasing your knowledge in our profession allows you to provide more value to your company, homeowners and tenants.  It is always a wise investment to invest in yourself, so it is a pleasure to be able to offer our members continuing education as well as a designation class.

The Orlando / Central Florida Chapter of NARPM in conjunction with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association is offering a 6 hour CE credit, NARPM Designation class on June 21, 2016 from 9 am – 4 pm at the ORRA offices on Lee Road in Winter Park.  The class in titled, “Maintenance: Basics and Beyond”, taught by the former National President of NARPM and current Director of Property Management of Remax 200 Realty, Fred Thompson.

I would encourage you to invest in yourself, attend this worthwhile class and improve your knowledge.  The class registration fee is a tax deductible business expense.
