Join us for the 2025 Legislative Update and Q&A with David Wilson, NARPM Orlando Chapter Legislative Chair and Owner/Broker/President of Wilson Management Group!

Time: 12 pm to 3 pm

Location: Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association Event Center

Fresh from the 2025 NARPM® CAPITOL SUMMIT in Washington, D.C., David will provide key updates on Federal, State, and Local legislation impacting the property management industry. This is your opportunity to stay ahead of regulatory changes and understand how they affect your business.

We’ll also discuss the upcoming FLORIDA NARPM’s DAY ON THE HILL (February 24th and 25th) at the Florida Capital in detail. As a current or future NARPM® member, sharing your opinions and ideas with our Representatives and Senators in Tallahassee helps them decide what to do about issues and pending legislation. They value your suggestions and encourage you to express them. This is your chance to make connections and share our knowledge, thoughts, concerns, and support for real estate legislation that impacts our industry.

About David Wilson

David Wilson is the Owner, Broker, and President of Wilson Management Group and has been immersed in the property management industry since his youth. Growing up in the family business, he gained hands-on experience in every aspect of property management before officially joining as a property manager in 1993. After obtaining his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2005, he gradually took over daily operations and, in 2014, he and his wife became owners of WMG.

A dedicated advocate for landlords, David has served as the Legislative Chair for the NARPM® Orlando Chapter since 2021, actively participating in legislative summits in Tallahassee and Washington, DC to help shape landlord-friendly policies in Florida.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and indulging in his passion for bourbon. He also enjoys woodworking, leatherworking, and hopes to one day master welding to blend his creative skills into unique projects.
