During this age of Covid-19 Property Managers throughout Florida our hearing those very words from owners of managed property. This process is easier said than done, especially in light of the new challenges, restrictions and concerns of Covid-19.

Real Estate Broker, Realtor and Property Management trainer Stacey McKay, will share necessary steps to navigate the process when an owner of a managed-tenant occupied property considers selling their investment property. What are key conversations in determining the owner’s needs and time-frame for selling. Procedures and pitfalls especially with tenants being concerned with exposure to Covid-19 during showings.

Topics of discussion to include: Tenant negotiations, working with the Realtor, virtual tour potential for marketing, sharing ledgers of non-paying tenants, how can you lessen liability when properties are being shown by Realtors and much more will all be discussed.

Checklist, forms, notices and disclosure suggestions will be provided as examples to assist property managers during the sales process of their tenant occupied property.
